Dumpster rental

The dumpster rental service is a convenient way to get a home project done without filling up your at home trash bin! Remove and Go’s 13-yard dumpster can be rented for up to a week. Fill it up as much as you want, just don’t exceed the top of the dumpster. Once it’s full Remove and Go will come and load up the dumpster and dispose of all the items in it! A list of items that can not be put in the dumpster are below in the Terms and Conditions.

Pricing

The dumpster’s rental price varies based on city, county, and state. Dumpster rental pricing is subject to change at any time until the service is booked. The price in the quote includes delivery and removal of one dumpster, the specific rental duration, up to one ton of weight, and New York State Sales Tax. Additional charges may result from disposal amount exceeding the mentioned amount during the quote, extended rental time, inaccessible or unreachable containers, waste type contamination fees, and relocation charges.

Charges and payment

Fees will be charged after the rental duration is complete. Customer shall make payment for the services that day the rental is complete. All excess fees will be charged the same day once Remove and Go brings the dumpster to be weighed and if hazardous items are discovered.

Waste Material

Customer represents and warrants that the materials place in the dumpster shall be waste material defined here and shall contain no other substances. Waste material means solid waste generated by the customer excluding radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic, or hazardous material. Hazardous material is characterized as hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or enabled or applicable state law.

Driveways and parking

Customer warrants any right of way provided by customer for dumpster equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of the dumpster and the vehicle. Remove and Go is not responsible for damage to any private driving surface, pavement, or accompanying subsurface. Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to driving surfaces, pavement, or accompanying subsurface.

overfills

Customer shall observe the fill line on the side of the dumpster. customer is responsible for paying the excess fee of up to $500 should Remove and Go need to remove any material listed below or if the dumpster weighs more than 1 tone.

Equipment care

The dumpster shall remain on the property of the property mentioned in the quote. Customer acknowledges that it has care, custody, and control of the dumpster and the customer accepts responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment (except normal wear and tear resulting from Remove and Go handling). Customer agrees not to overload the dumpster (by weight or volume) attempt to move or alter the equipment and shall use the dumpster for its intended purpose. The customer is liable for any loss, damages, or costs in excess to reasonable wear and tear.
